Leadership Development Program

Self-paced, pre-recorded modules available to anyone interested in getting involved with CLARB.

Monthly virtual trainings for those who have completed all Foundations trainings. These live webinar sessions are led by volunteers, staff and consultants. Topics focus on building CLARB's core leadership competencies.

PHASE 3
Onboarding

For newly elected or appointed CLARB volunteers, we offer a combination of self-paced, pre-recorded modules and live, interactive orientation sessions led by CLARB volunteers and staff. 

PHASE 4
Development

The final phase is tailored to active volunteers to identify strategic development goals for individual volunteers and the organization as a whole.
