If you did not receive this message, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.
  2. Opt in to choose your subscriptions.
  3. View the archive of past emails you may have missed.
  4. Consider adding info@clarb.org to your contacts/safe senders to ensure you receive future emails from CLARB.

You may begin to notice something different around here. We're getting a fresh new look! But like your favorite landscape architecture project, it's what's beneath the surface that really matters.

We’re planning big improvements over the next year to support our mission and the way we do business with you. Here's what's in store

Database

The cornerstone of this effort is the implementation of a new database set to launch in mid-2025. This new system will offer more efficient, automated and user-focused processes, including self-service capabilities and individualized guidance throughout the licensure process. 

Email 

Communication enhancements are also underway, based on feedback from a recent survey. We are changing our email platform to provide more tailored messaging and give you greater control over the types of communications you receive from CLARB. These changes will be implemented by the end of 2024. 

Website 

Additionally, we’re planning a complete website overhaul, focusing on improving navigation and content organization to better serve our various audience groups. The new website will launch alongside the new database in 2025, incorporating extensive user testing and stakeholder input to ensure a dramatically improved user experience.

CLARB is developing a new brand identity to reflect our professionalism and forward-thinking approach. With a small full-time staff, the transformation will be gradual, and the most significant changes will coincide with the new website launch in 2025.
