The CLARB Annual Meeting brings together 125+ professionals from state/provincial regulatory agencies and practicing landscape architects to exchange the knowledge and connections that are key to their regulatory work. It’s a great opportunity to build and nurture relationships with decision-makers from CLARB’s 56 member licensure boards across Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands who regulate 20,000+ licensed professionals.

Named Keynote Speaker	$9,750	Recognition includes 5-minute speaking or video opportunity during keynote introduction, agenda listing and logo display. Two opportunities offered.
Plenary Session	$1,500	In addition to agenda listing and logo display, sponsors will be verbally recognized at the start and close of each 60-minute session. Sponsors will be offered a choice of session topics to sponsor on a first come, first served basis. Nine opportunities offered.

Named Welcome Reception	$9,750	Regular attendees of the CLARB Annual Meeting look forward to reuniting with old connections and making new ones at this friendly gathering. We will also thank our valuable volunteers for their contributions. Recognition includes a 5-minute speaking/video opportunity, announcement by emcee, agenda listing and logo display.
Named Lounge	$5,000	This dedicated lounge area located near the registration area and between meeting rooms serves as a great meetup point and informal destination for conversations throughout your time at the Annual Meeting. Recognition includes logo on signage and company named in announcements by emcee.
Lunch	$8,000 $6,500 $4,500	Recognition includes a 2-minute speaking/video opportunity, announcement by emcee, agenda listing and logo display. Three opportunities offered.
Refreshment Break	$1,800	15- to 30-minute breaks for attendees to enjoy a light snack and drink while networking with colleagues. Recognition includes agenda listing, logo display and company named in announcements by emcee. Four opportunities offered.

Intentional Meeting Swag	$3,500	Encourage attendees to forego single use plastic water bottles by sponsoring a durable travel tumbler for use during and after the meeting. Co-branded with CLARB.
Recycling Recognition	$750	Sponsor signage placed at event recycling receptacles to encourage use and demonstrate your support of sustainable practices.

Mobile App	$3,500	In addition to special recognition when CLARB encourages app adoption, recognition includes company logo displayed throughout the meeting, meeting website, emails and app.
Lanyards	$3,250	As attendees wear these lanyards throughout the event, your logo will be prominently displayed, ensuring maximum exposure and recognition. Lanyards will be co-branded with CLARB.
A/V Support	$1,450	From dynamic keynote presentations to immersive plenary sessions, your sponsorship of the audiovisual (A/V) experience will ensure that every moment is enhanced with top-of-the-line audio and visual technology. In addition to agenda listing and logo display, sponsors will be verbally recognized by the emcee each morning.
