Test day support

If an issue arises while testing, please follow these steps:

PSI TESTING CENTER

  1. Report the issue to the onsite PSI staff. 
  2. Open a support ticket before leaving the testing center.
    Email clarb.support@psionline.com and include info@clarb.org in all correspondence.
  3. Call CLARB at 571-432-0332 to report your exam issues.
    Our Support Team may be able to help with resolving your issue and/or rescheduling your exam.

ONLINE PROCTORED

  1. Contact your proctor. Use the exam's chat feature.
  2. Call PSI. If you cannot reach your proctor via chat, call 1-844-267-1017.
  3. Open a support ticket. Email clarb.support@psionline.com and include info@clarb.org in all correspondence.
  4. Call CLARB at 571-432-0332 to report your exam issues.
